FRIDAY MANIA - Enforcer Collection and Heavy/Speed Metal

I am coming at you this week with a blog about heavy/speed metal in anticipation of the upcoming Speed Clothes ENFORCER collection! We will have Enforcer leggings, body suits, dresses, you name it! Who is Enforcer, though? A quick search on the handy Encyclopaedia Metallum will yield a few results, 9 to be exact. This collection will be for the Swedish heavy/speed metal band. If you enjoy bands such as Diamond Head, Agent Steel, Anvil, Angel Witch, Exciter, Iron Maiden, Raven, ADX, or Tyrant then Enforcer is a band to check out!

Enforcer began as a one man project of Olof Wikstrand in 2004. He currently plays guitar and vocals in the band. He was also briefly with the band Tribulation in 2004, before any of their releases and before they really started to generate the buzz that they currently have. Tribulation is a much different style, however, indicating that it might not have been the direction Olof wanted to go, artistically speaking.

Currently Enforcer have released 4 full lengths, 3 splits, and a live album. Their past 2 full lengths have been released via Nuclear Blast Records, helping to really push the band's career forward. Their most recent album “From Beyond” was released last year and they are currently finishing up a European tour in Hasselt, Belgium (10/15) and Mannheim, Germany (10/16), and are ready to set out for USA and Canada next month!
