It's not accepted item re-sellings. Speed Clothes and Hells Headbangers Recs. have exclusive control over the quantity of any item you are purchasing. We, at any time, have reserved the right of limite and/or revoke customers purchases.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are often subject to change for reasons beyond our control (printing process, production, etc). IAdditional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date.
EXCHNAGE, REFUND AND CANCELATION
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 10 days, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn, tagged and with its original packaging. Contact us to send you our return address!
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please be mindful before you purchase, because there's a $5 fee per item for re-stocking. We highly encourage to make sure of size before purchasing a product (check our size-chart!).
Cancel or change your order if it wasn't shipped yet.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
All products are hand inspected and checked before being shipped, one by one. Packages are sent from our workshop in Cleveland or from HellsHeadbangers.com warehouse in Valley City, OH - USA, depending of stock available at that moment. Package will ship in 1 to 5 business days after purchase is done.
Worldwide shipping will be made by USPS or DHL depending of what you choose. Tracking number will be provided via Email (automatic email). You can track your order in our site, clicking in the upper right corner in the button "Track Order!"
International orders: DHL 20-30 business days / USPS 7-18 business days
National US orders: USPS First Class 3-7 business days / USPS Priority 2-3 business days
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.
Speed Clothes will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
